Exchanges Policy

At Zero Proof Shot, we strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition. While we currently do not offer direct product exchanges for preferences such as size, flavor, or product choice, we are committed to resolving any issues involving incorrect or damaged items.

If You Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item:

If you received a product that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please let us know right away so we can make it right. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    Email our support team at Orders@ZeroProofShot.com as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days from the date your order was marked as delivered.

  2. Include essential information in your email
    • Your full name and order number
    • Clear photos showing the issue (e.g., the incorrect item received or visible damage to the product and/or packaging)
    • A brief description of the problem

  3. What happens next
    Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we’ll ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund where applicable.

We handle every case with care and aim to provide a smooth and supportive resolution process.
